There is a fun sketch challenge up at the Pretty Little Studio blog. We would love to see your projects! There are no rules. You can submit any project with any kind of product.
One person will be randomly be chosen to win a $10 coupon to the store. Challenge ends on March 18th.
Sketches are wonderful because you can either follow along with the
exact sketch or you can move elements around as needed. They are great
for when you’re in a bind with your creativity! I took the elements from
the sketch and changed or moved them around just a little
Instead of
using three photos, I used one large photo. I loved the idea of using a
few pieces of paper to make a grid, as shown in the sketch – so I chose
some of my favorite papers from the Sand Castle collection. Instead of
having the banner right beneath the grid – I moved them to the side of
the grid. I used a sticker of a sandcastle as the large element (which
is the number three in the sketch). Another little special detail about
this layout is that I added the title digitally – directly onto the
photo.
Thanks for taking a peek... And remember to stop by Pretty Little Studio's blog to play along with the challenge!
