This is another layout I did for a challenge over at Two Peas In A Bucket. The challenge was to make a layout of something "then" and "now". I decided to do the layout of my husband and I. I've been with my husband since I was 14 years old (and he was 16). We have changed so much over the years but no matter how much we change, one thing stays the same - our love for each other.
I had been visualizing the sketch of this layout for a while and was excited to finally "put it down on paper". This layout is loaded with Authentique! The dotted paper at the top/bottom, the arrows/banners around the pictures, the tag, and the photo mats are all from Authentique's "Journey" collection. The background paper is from Authentique's Splendid collection.
The jean pocket is actually a pocket I cut out from a pair of my daugher's old jeans that don't fit her any more. I also added a touch of the jeans in the upper corner along with a remarks sticker by Amy Tangerine and a transparency that says "Together Forever" by DCWV. I decided to get a little messy with the white paint. It was fun! The title "Then And Now" are made up of alpha stickers from Colorbok and EK Success.
